HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Workouts

HIIT workouts consist of short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief rest or lower-intensity periods. The goal is to maximize effort in a short amount of time, improving cardiovascular fitness and burning calories efficiently.

Core Workouts

Core workouts focus on strengthening the muscles around your abdomen, lower back, hips, and pelvis. A strong core improves posture, balance, and athletic performance while reducing injury risk.

Weights

A strength-based workout class using weights typically combines resistance training with structured exercises to build muscle, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness. The class may use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, or machines, depending on the style.

POUND® is a full-body cardio workout that combines drumming with high-energy movements. It’s a unique fitness program where participants use lightweight drumsticks (called Ripstix®) to rhythmically hit the floor and air, turning the workout into an engaging, music-driven experience.

What a POUND Workout Consists Of:

  • Drumming Movements: Using Ripstix® to mimic drumming motions.

  • Bodyweight Exercises: Squats, lunges, core work, and arm movements.

  • Cardio Intervals: High-energy bursts for calorie burning.
